Winning back good people from 'The Grind'
a) The system of naming has long been employed by society to identify each other.
b) Our names also serve as a legal mechanism, adopting the legal term of 'Title’.
c) During the time of our births ;
i. we received a title from our parent(s) which became our property for the purpose of identification.
ii. we inherited rights and freedoms
iii. we fell under the jurisdiction of Common Law.
d) Our titles were entered into a live birth register which is customarily held by Government.
e) In accordance with Trust Law surrounding any type of property (in this case our title) dual owners can exist;
i. a legal title holder who is known as the trustee. e.g. trusted to use the equitable owners property.
ii. and an equitable title holder, who is the beneficiary e.g benefits from owning the property.
f) Our title was the creation of our parent(s) and upon receipt of it we become the equitable bearer of that title (for use as identification).
g) Should we ever surrender equitable right of our title to another body, then that ‘other body’ becomes the new equitable title owner and thus the beneficiary.
h) Once Government have our title in their live birth register they have effectively been granted legal right of use by our parents (who act on our behalf).
i) Such rights are needed by Government for the purpose of land and resource administration.
j) A birth certificate from Government is offered to us in return.
k) The title on the birth certificate is an exact mirror of the title received by our parents and entered in the live birth record. The only difference being that the birth certificate title is Government property.
l) Government are the equitable owners of the Birth Certificate title and thus have full jurisdiction of it.
m) Government have Regulatory and Statutory laws which apply to the birth certificate titles they own.
n) Once we accept the birth certificate we accept legal rights to the title and upon use of this property, fall under the jurisdiction of regulatory and statutory law.
o) we then abandon our original birth title (of which we were equitable owners).
p) along with the abandonment of our birth title we also abandon the rights and freedoms that belong to this title.
q) The transaction taking place is neither made clear to our parents, nor are we developed enough to oppose such a transaction. Further concern is that this important transaction is rarely, if ever, made clear to our parent or us during the course of our lives. One might even be lead to believe this information is purposefully hidden from the general public for the purpose of undisputed control.
r) In retrospect, Government may hold equitable title rights and jurisdiction over the titles we use as identity, but attempting to enforce jurisdiction over us without suffice evidence that we're performing a function of Government using their title is, in itself, highly unconstitutional.
s) We therefore operate under Government owned identification but we can reject association to these titles at anytime.
t) If you are accuses of contravening a statutory or regulatory law but do not believe you are doing anything unlawful then it is the duty of the crown to first prove that you carried out the crime using your legal title identity.
u) In addition, the crown has no jurisdiction over you if this cannot be proved.
v) Lawful rebellion in now in force.
w) Under article 61 of Magna Carta 1215 we have a right to enter into lawful rebellion if we feel we are being governed unjustly.
x) in article 61 of the Magna Carta it is written that if this ever happened you could petition the crown to sort out the crown's or parliament's problem, the crown had 40 days to fix it or dissolve parliament.
y) If, after 40 days, nothing was fixed the petitioner could go into rebellion against the crown and parliament under the full protection of our Constitutional Law until the problem was resolved.
z) Lawful rebellion allows for the following:
i. full refusal to pay any forms of Tax, Fines and any other forms of monies to support or benefit the unlawful government of this country.
ii. full refusal to abide by any Legislation or Statute 'Law' invalidly put in place by an unlawful government in breech of the Constitutional safeguard.
iii. to peacefully hinder in any way possible all actions of the treasonous government of this land, who have breeched the Constitutional safeguard.
Trusted Office now holds its own registration of live birth records for its associates and issues and alternative legal title for use in all related matters. Unlike Government there's no unique jurisdiction in effect whilst using these titles other than that of Common Law which has two simple rules;
Cause no loss and no harm!
