Highlight Report - Q1 2014 (Mar - May)

Plans/ Quality expectation

1. Each time a device connects to the Wave-ready router, the user will notice an app and chat feature above each webpage they request and they will notice a banner ad below it

2. The website will accept registration (for early adopters and stakeholders) who will also be able to use their existing social profiles for quick registration. This will be in place in advance of the 2014 Mobile World Congress, Barcelona, as it featured Mark Zuckerberg discussing his alternative to Wave ( internet.org )

3. The website will allow for users to submit feedback and support requests

4. The top of the webpage will display stock data to investors. When clicking, a performance graph will drops down displaying realtime data based on realtime trading activity

Interactive demo:

5. Login portal will show ‘Sign in with wave’ and beneath a ‘sign in Wep Key’ option (inactive/ greyed out. For demonstration purposes only) no ads will display until the user has signed in
m.bing.com will be the default landing page when users access the emulator all apps, ads, fields, buttons and icons re-scale to fit any resolution using SVG the social network guest account will resemble a real social profile (profile image, friends, posts etc)  logout option will be available in the slide menu (beneath the applications)

6. Content management system will enable administrators to edit the websites content

7. A wiki will serve as a collaborative knowledge base

8. An integration alliance will be in place to surround our venture with a community of partners and opportunities as well as to extend opportunities to others

Performance

1. Each time a user requests a website, from any browser or device, our technology places that website in the Wave user interface (ads, app and chat) which is then displayed to the user. We created a user interface to display the ads, apps and chat around the website with social media and app/ad-serving capability.

2. We used an easier to deploy framework (WordPress instead of PHP Fox). There was no spike in website traffic or pre-registrations from the mobile event. No progress was made on the social profile registration (see issues, risks and concerns below)

3. No progress. See issues, risks and concerns below

4. The share data is displayed on the top of website and a graph appears when visitors to the website click on the data. The full quality expectation has not been fulfilled (see issues, risks and concerns below)

5. The interactive demo now contains ads, apps, icons and fields which rescale to fit any device.  The specific preferences of this quality expectation, such as the logout and default landing page will be implemented immediately

6. The CMS system has been built into the PHPFox framework allowing administrators to manipulate the website content in the same interface as the other business tools

7. The media wiki implementation has been done, and integrated into our PHP Fox admin panel

8. No progress, see issues risks and concerns below

Issues, Risks and Concerns

1. We have not yet established the URL query connection, this is crucial as it allows the firmware to communicate with the URL query and display the desired web page

2. For the site to work in PHP FOX developers who are skilled in this field are rare, this could cause an issue if particular developers are absent

3. Out ticket system API needs to be configured in  PHP FOX, and the abundance of developers is restricted, causing a delay in the development

4. The graph displays and the data is there, but static. When you click on the data the bar doesn’t move down as expected and the graph format has bugs. These bugs will be addressed in due course

5. Our interactive demo works with our emulator, developers over-righting code within the emulator will cause us to go backwards on what we have already accomplished. An issue lies with the duck duck go search engine hidden code within the emulator, which needs to be removed. The apps all rescale without issue (except the phone dialler)

6. Due to alteration we made for the websites registration process, the CMS feature was disrupted. Once the Registration process resumes use of the original PHP framework, the CMS link can be restored and the feature will work

7. The Wiki hasn’t yet been presented on the website, this will be done in due course

8. Our integration alliance has not been a success. This could be due to a number of reasons (unorthodox business, unclear message, lengthy registration process, staff etc) we are looking into these issues at present

————————————————————————————

9. PHP Fox video player doesn't stop playing when closed

10. The ad has somehow ended up on the demo not the emulator

11. As a matter in importance the emulator/ UI needs to display the url by recognising a query command from either the websites interactive demo and/or the router firmware

12. Wave and it’s founder recently came under several malicious attempts to disrupt and even sabotage reputation, investor confidence, operations, the technology (DDoS), partnerships and even future opportunities. During this time the estimated value of Wave reduced from £4.25million to £2million. To defend our technology and its beneficiaries, Wave and its founder disassociated from these threats, re-structured. At most this risk has set our schedule back weeks if not months. The threat has been identified and the risk of attack is ongoing, however we remain vigilant. Lessons have been learnt from this experience and we continue to prevail.

Plans moving forward
Q2 2014 (Jun - Aug)

1. This URL request feature is achieved by the router firmware and the cloud based emulator communicating, excluding sites using x-frame in the short term (accessing sites using x-frame users will receive a notification from wave prompting them to use their mobile application, until the X-frame-rfc 7034 workaround has been completed). Partnership with our router firmware developers has been brought forward, with the two executives of the firm arriving here at our new tech house, next week. A part share/cash deal will be negotiated before the firmware is made ready. This will finalise the early phase of the alpha release giving early stakeholders a more developed proof of concept than the one demonstrated in 2011 or showcased on the websites interactive demo.

2. PHP FOX social login will be co-ordinated by our developers who will be able to configure the social platform and enable users to login to customised platforms, through email or various social graphs. User interfaces will be available to suit alliance partners, we will give investors the ability to manage their investment and royalties through our social platform, and bit-coin securities exchange. Furthermore advertisers will be able to manage their advertisement campaigns in realtime using their social login.

3. A Ticket system will communicate with the users PHP FOX CMS, and enable users to direct their queries and messages directly to administrators.

4. The header will be re-configured to communicate with our share register to collectively display the bit-coin value and corresponding share price.

 5. The emulator will be brought to standard with our developers expertise enabling us to strive forward with a more sophisticate and perfect demonstration of Waves service. We will also input Github, which will allow us to revert back to previous versions of the emulator, allowing developers to see where they have overwritten a particular part of code.

6. The CMS system will enable content management for administrators who will be able to edit information accordingly. Our CMS will also be customised to manage user accounts and approve investor and/or advertiser status etc.

7. Our media wiki will require registration to the website before suggestions for alterations to our open knowledge base can be made.

8. Our approach to gaining integration alliance partners will evolve. We are now close to developing an online registration and payment portal for prospective partners which gives them immediate limited access to collaborate with our team. Rather than being dependant on an agent to form the partnerships, we can simply market the partners portal online using social media, streamlined workflow and automation and conversion tracking for optimisation.

——————————————————————————————————————

9. The media player used for the video will be abandoned as the PHPFox framework has a more practical solution.

10. The ad appearing over the UI and not within it was a mistake of the developer and this will be rectified immediately.

11. The UI will soon recognise queries from the websites interactive demo/ firmware. But first we are reviewing the approach to this integration between the firmware and the UI, which will be discussed with the router firmware developers when they arrive at our tech house

12. Wave has diluted it’s million shares down to a billion @ £0.01 each in preparation of the launch of our own virtual currency, private securities exchange. In May 2014 Wave will make it’s Alpha technology and securities exchange accessible to select stakeholders, with an estimated value of £10million. This will allow stockholders to trial the initial release of the technology and trade equity in the run up to the 2015 public release

13. Releasing our Bit-coin trading system where users can trade equity for cash according to the value at which shares have been listed. Equity can be purchased by users who are approved and credit sufficient funds and pay a minimal fee to enable their investor status on surfonwave.com

14. Investor accounts enable users to view their royalties which will be paid out on an hourly basis rather than on a quarterly or annual basis. Royalties will be credited to the users account in Bitcoin (within their automatically generated wallets).

15. Developers, can access our platform and submit their SVG/ HTML5 applications gaining access to additional features for a set fee. Once an application is submitted onto our cloud based platform Wave telecom can approve the application and enable it on our dedicated application store.

16. Waves Tech Villa ‘Casa Llandovery’ is based in the Jarabacoa mountains in the Dominican Republic. Plans are in place to expand the complex with eco lodge development for guests including developers, partners, friends and family. An outdoor infinity swimming pool will overlook the mountain view and assist the tranquil vibe of our tech startup's new home.
