One FREE Hectare of Land

Eastern Russia could provide a fresh start for disillusioned British Subjects who've had enough of the 1801 UK 'Society' (Regime). Putin offering a nice incentive to disillusioned and terrorized Britons who seek to exercise democracy by renouncing their citizenship from the UK Regime in order to join/ form a new Society. All recent attempts by British Subjects to exercise democracy and do this in Britain have resulted in the UK Regime attacking their liberty and lives.  So Putin has come to the rescue with this incentive of FREE LAND and resettlement options in Russia. 

The dream of many Brits is to own their own plot of land, and not a miserable few acres but a whole hectare. Since this is a pipe dream as a citizen of the UK Regime it's obviously a dream to find out this is possible in the present day thanks to President Putin. In fact, the new website and online application process for this project, has had all the red tape removed so that Britons can complete AND OWN LAND IN RUSSIA in less than a month!.

 The land is courtesy of the Russian Government and completely free to use for practically any purpose. President Putin signed a bill which permits any citizen of Russia and immigrants to get a free plot of land of 1 hectare from as soon as THIS YEAR.

Who has the right to this 'FREE Land' ?

Free land in the Far East is absolutely free for any citizen of the Russian Federation , as well as those returning to Russia under the program of resettlement of compatriots. And it's for every member of the family e.g. 1 ha of land EACH!. To clarify, if you have a family consists of 5 people, then you are entitled to up to 5 hectares of land. You can bring in 'kinship' as well e.g. business partners. 

Hectares of land is available for free use for a period of 5 years. With that during this period, for it does not have to pay tax. After 5 years, the plot can be leased or furnished to the property (for free or for a fee). On the site it is absolutely necessary to conduct some activities. That is, a prerequisite is the use of the land .

What is the specific restrictions on the use of the plots ?

This can be and Agriculture / Forestry / Hunting and entrepreneurial activities and any other use is not prohibited by law. 

Many may have already started to collect suitcases and agitated, and there will be enough free land at all? Do not worry, now free for the development of 140 million hectares. This means that the land will suffice almost on every citizen of the Russian Federation , while the go, of course, not all.

Has Putin saved British Democracy with this scheme?

The 1801 UK Regime mis informs British Subjects, making them believe that voting on the leader of the UK is democracy. Democracy is not this. It is in fact a Brits births right to leave, join or form any society they decide. But when you say to the UK Regime that you do not want to be a member of its Society (or that you don't want your children to be members of the UK Regime) it will terrorize, threaten, harass, kidnap and silence you, snatch your children and even commit genocide and document fraud to cover up these acts of tyranny. If Brits re-settle elsewhere they can focus on joining/ forming new British Societies without being terrorized by the UK Regime.

In the case of this scheme the Russian Government would act as a kind of Protectorate. If a new British Society does emerge and grows in strength and numbers under its own new Act of Union, then is can become official (via Royal Assent) and re-locate its colonies back to Britain and challenge the UK Regime for our island back. And challenge the Regime's loyalists who are now a Bombay mix citizenship of most nationalities except the native/ indigenous British People. Furthermore the 1801 UK Regime is a foreign power as it has foreign beneficiaries. e.g. the Bank of England is behind the UK and the Bank of (separate from) England is not held by the British Public anymore but rather a secret society of anonymous shareholders. Who are suspected to be foreign corporations e.g. Saudi/ Israelis etc

Where are the 'Free Land' sites

Free hectares of land from the government while you can get only in the Far East. Obviously this is done to correct the demographic situation in the region is not simple. The program involves:

• Amur region
• Jewish Autonomous Region
• Kamchatka
• Magadan Region
• Primorsky Krai
• Sakhalin region
• Khabarovsk region
• Chukotka
• Yakutia

The law applies to the territory, far from the settlements of at least 10 km - with the proviso that the population of the nearest town is no more than 50 thousand people.. If the number of inhabitants reaches 300 thousand. Man, the minimum distance between the city and the plot of land is 20 km away.The migrants do not qualify for sites located within the boundaries of rural and urban settlements.

The sprawling plots, which are 2.5 acres in size, are located in an enormous region stretching from the Arctic Circle to the Chinese border, where winter temperatures can drop to a chilling -47 degrees celsius and population density currently stands at three people per square kilometre. 

And its not all bad news for adventurous house-hunters. The far east of Russia is famed for its stunning natural beauty, with hundreds of miles of rolling hills, grass plains and soaring mountain ranges. Known as the land where ice meets fire, settlers can look forward to hiking the snow-covered slopes of active volcanos or relaxing in hot springs. 


Summers are also long and comfortably warm, with 25 degree temperatures providing the perfect climate in which to explore the region’s dramatic landscapes. 

How to get the land

For free hectare of land in the Far East, it is necessary:

• register on a special portal website: "Public services"
• select a suitable site, for example by means of cadastral maps (just for these purposes this moment, developed a special service)
• apply for registration of the selected area
• wait until the order is issued for the site for free use
• get official confirmation and the contract
• sign an agreement

Full registration of land will take no more than a month.

Restrictions

It is forbidden to sell, buy, and rent received from government sites. If the plot is not received from the state used, it can be deleted.

Conclusions

"Far Hectare" - is perhaps one of the most interesting measures to support the population, adopted in Russia in recent years. It is clear that this measure is likely to stop the outflow of population from the Far East and the attempt to "fix" people on the ground. Maybe free site will also serve as an additional incentive for those who have decided to move on the resettlement program countrymen. However, imagine that people from wealthier regions, pluck from their homes and rush to raise the Far East, it is hardly possible. To attract the Federal District population from the rest of Russia need incentives are much more important than a hectare of land costing up to 50 000 rubles.
